Cresa Appoints Carl Mueller Principal In Houston

Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-only commercial real estate firm, today announced the appointment of Carl Mueller as a Principal in its Houston office.

A consistent top producer at JLL, Mueller has nearly a decade of experience advising warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics users across Greater Houston and beyond. In his new role, he will help lead Cresa Houston’s industrial brokerage team.

“Cresa’s collaborative culture and clear commitment to client service align well with how I approach my work,” said Mueller. “I’m excited to help lead our industrial team as we continue to raise the standard for what occupier-focused service should be. We’re focused on staying ahead of the market and delivering real, strategic value at every step of the real estate cycle.”

Mueller’s addition further strengthens Cresa’s growing industrial practice and reflects the firm’s continued investment in its Texas platform, following the recent acquisitions of Houston-based Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners last summer and Axis Tenant Advisors in January.

“We could not be more excited to have Carl join our team,” said Anthony Fritsche, Managing Principal and Co-Market Leader for Cresa Houston. “He’s built strong relationships by delivering results, and there is no question he will have a significant impact as he leads the growth of our industrial business in Houston.”

With 29 licensed advisors and professionals, Cresa is Houston’s largest, privately held commercial real estate firm focused exclusively on tenant representation.

“Carl is a natural leader and highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike,” added David Anderson, Managing Principal and Co-Market Leader. “His experience and local market knowledge will continue to elevate our industrial capabilities here in Houston and across the country.”

Cresa continues to expand its services and operations across the U.S., acquiring four firms in the last 16 months as part of the firm’s aggressive national growth strategy. Last fall Cresa announced a multimillion-dollar merger with Pacific Program Management, a leading North American Project Management firm with more than 180 employees nationwide.
