Bio

Bill is a Managing Principal and Market Leader of Cresa’s Detroit office. He is an expert in the full life cycle of corporate real estate and enjoys advising clients in divestment strategies for corporate real estate assets. He works closely with companies nationwide in disposition scenarios including, sale-leasebacks, market sales transactions, subleases, and auction-based liquidations.

For 20 years Bill served as the President and Founder of Vogel Advisors, a boutique corporate real estate firm with clients nationwide. Vogel Advisors merged with Cresa in 2025.
