Don brings over 20 years of extensive real estate experience, with a specialized focus on retail. Before joining Cresa, he served as Managing Director at Vestian and Vice President at Baum Realty Group, where he successfully guided both corporate and franchise-owned retailers in selecting and negotiating optimal site locations.
Prior to that, Don spent over 12 years at Inland, where he was responsible for leasing a retail portfolio exceeding 3 million square feet. Through strategic leasing initiatives, he consistently drove year-over-year NOI growth, gaining valuable insight into ownership priorities and motivations. This deep owner-side experience equips Don with a unique perspective, enabling him to negotiate the most favorable lease terms for his clients.
