Bio
With 25 years of experience representing corporate users of office and industrial space, Allen is an Initial Managing Principal of the Chicago office of Cresa Global, Inc. He is an advocate for the real estate interests of occupiers throughout the Greater Chicago area with a focus on Chicago’s Central Business District and its submarkets. Allen began his career in commercial real estate at Equis Corporation, where he worked on both local and national accounts while pursuing a Masters of Urban Planning and Policy degree with a focus on Physical Planning at The University of Illinois, Chicago.
Allen is an active member of the Chicago real estate community and involved in many business, civic and philanthropic organizations which enrich the city. Allen and his family live in Lakeview.
